Why does it have to be so hard/boring when trying to cancel swimming lessons!!!!!! Greta portal when you're booking and spending money but as soon as you want to cancel there is no mechanism to do so… Full review by lyn w

Trying to cancel daughters swimming lessons, form is very convoluted making it purposely difficult to cancel. No one is responding to emails and the site threatens extra charges for cancelling direct… Full review by Ben C

It’s such a different centre since it’s had it’s refurbishment, it’s clean and always smells fresh! The staff are really helpful and are really considerate to different needs Full review by SJJ1993
