The Boston Celtics could get eliminated by the New York Knicks on Wednesday as they trail 3-1 in the second round of the 2025 NBA playoffs. In Game 4, the defending champions suffered a significant blow to their roster after All-Star forward Jayson Tatum suffered a non-contact injury.

There is not word as of yet exactly what the injury is, but based on the fact that it was non-contact, and Tatum was wheeled to the locker room holding the back of his ankle, there is a belief that it is something to do with his Achilles tendon.
