After Astronomer CEO Andy Byron resigned, there were questions around whether HR chief, Kristin Cabot, would take a similar decision
Coldplay concert footage showed the Astronomer CEO hugging Kristin Cabot, his company's chief people officer, from behind on Wednesday at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts. Astronomer is a private data infrastructure startup that achieved "unicorn" status in 2022 with a $1 billion or more valuation.
"Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy is currently serving as interim CEO given Andy Byron has been placed on leave," a statement from the company read. The decision came after Byron was spotted hugging a woman, later identified as Kristin Cabot.

During the concert cameras pointed to a man with gray hair later identified as Astronomer CEO Andy Byron hugging a woman, later identified as Kristin Cabot. Once they noticed they were being seen on camera, the two immediately darted in opposite directions as lead singer Chris Martin suggested the two were either shy or having an affair.
Social media users believe Stoddard is the red-faced woman seen grimacing as Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot ran from the jumbotron cameras at the concert.
