The FBI is searching for a Dallas man who has been charged with six federal crimes following the July 4th attack at an Immigration and Customs

The FBI's Dallas office is seeking 32-year-old Benjamin Hanil Song, a former Marine Corps reservist, in connection to the ambush at the Prairieland Detention Center, according to a wanted poster for Song.

Several companies have floated at least six Colorado facilities as potential sites to expand detention for undocumented immigrants in the state, documents obtained by the ACLU show.

On June 4, however, as Alan left an immigration hearing in Lower Manhattan, he was handcuffed by masked federal agents and taken into custody. Alan spent five weeks at an ICE detention center, causing him to miss his finals and the deadline to sign up for summer school.

Journalist Mario Guevara has released a statement from an ICE detention facility. He was arrested during a 'No Kings' protest in metro Atlanta in June and has been in ICE custody since.

The D. Ray James Correctional Facility in Charlton County, Georgia, will become the nation's largest immigration detention center. The expansion will increase the facility's capacity to nearly 3,000 beds and create approximately 400 jobs.

The ACLU of Colorado released records obtained via a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit that reveal which companies are trying to get those contracts.
