Two Brockton men were indicted Wednesday for an alleged staged bank robbery conspiracy, according to the United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts’s office.
Jenel Flounoury, 29, and Justin Flounoury, 33, were each indicted on one count of conspiracy and one count of larceny from a credit union, federal prosecutors said.
The brothers are accused of stealing nearly $200,000 from Energy Credit Union, where one of the brothers worked as a teller.
