President Donald Trump announced that he signed a "Major Disaster Declaration" for the deadly floods in Texas Hill Country in a post on Truth Social Sunday. The declaration comes as rescue and recovery operations enter a third day following the devastating floods.

While returning to the White House Sunday, President Trump commented on the devastating Texas flash floods that have killed at least 81 people. "It's a horrible thing that took place, absolutely horrible,
