Micheal Millet, an 8-year-old boy was riding a bike when two dogs who he tried to pet, mauled him to death on 13 January in DeLand, Florida.

The 8-year-old boy suffered devastating injuries including a broken foot and neck, said Sheriff Mike Chitwood.

Brown, 24, is then seen on the camera walking up to Sheriff Michael Chitwood with a woman following behind him. As Brown approaches Chitwood, video shows him beginning to raise his arms in surrender.
