Rapper Tory Lanez is in hospital after being stabbed 14 times by a fellow prison inmate. He is serving a 10-year sentence for shooting his ex, hip-hop megastar Megan Thee Stallion, in the feet during an argument in 2020.

Megan Thee Stallion’s legal team has dismissed fresh allegations suggesting that Tory Lanez was wrongfully convicted in connection to the 2020 shooting incident. The response comes after a press conference by nonprofit legal group Unite the People, who claimed to have uncovered new testimony supporting Lanez's innocence.
