WATERBURY, CT (WFSB) - Police in Waterbury identified a man they said is wanted for a murder that happened earlier in the month. Garrett Piper, 25, is wanted in connection with the murder of 27-year-old Marquez Ebron of Waterbury on Jan. 11. The incident happened outside of Cafe 457 on West Main Street around 2 a.m.
