MG Comet EV At Rs 5 Lakh, ZS EV At Rs 14 Lakh – With Battery Rental
After launching the new Windsor with an innovative BaaS (Battery as a Service) plan, MG has now extended the same to their other two EVs – Comet and ZS. The BaaS program allows customers to purchase the vehicles at a lower upfront cost and pay a fee for battery usage based on kilometres driven.
MG Comet EV & ZS EV get more affordable with rental battery option. Now starts from ₹4.99 lakh
The MG Comet EV now starts at ₹4.99 lakh without the battery as a fixed component, whereas the MG ZS EV gets a bigger drop with a starting price of ₹13.99 lakh. The battery rental charges vary on both models.

The auto firm said that under the BaaS program, customers can now bring home the MG Comet EV at a starting price of of Rs 4.99 lakh + battery rental at Rs 2.5/km, and MG ZS EV starting at Rs 13.99 lakh + battery rental at Rs 4.

Customers can also avail an assured 60% buyback value for the MG Comet EV and MG ZS EV after three years of ownership.
