The Cincinnati Bengals are likely to be without wide receiver Tee Higgins for a third consecutive game as the team listed him as doubtful to play Thursday against the Baltimore Ravens. Higgins has played in only five games this year as he’s dealt with quad and hamstring injuries he suffered in practice.
