Among those impacted was David Moerschel, 37, a self-described former member of the Oath Keepers militia group from Port Charlotte, Florida, who had his sentence commuted late Monday evening.

Stewart Rhodes, previously sentenced to 18 years for seditious conspiracy, was at the Capitol Wednesday chatting up lawmakers and reporters.

Stewart Rhodes never entered the Capitol building on January 6, 2021, after he conspired with members of his far-right anti-government Oath Keepers militia group to break into halls of Congress in what prosecutors described as an act of terrorism.
