Live is going to have a one-of-a-kind episode in January 2025. An episode of Saturday Night Live this month will feature actor Timothee Chalamet as both the host and the musical guest.

SNL shared the news on Friday, January 10, revealing in their trademark Post-it announcement that the Complete Unknown star, 29, will be doing double duty on the second episode of Season 50. (Dave Chappelle will host the first episode of 2025 on January 18; Glorilla will be the musical guest.)

NBC announced Friday that comedian Dave Chappelle will host the sketch show Jan. 18, with musical guest GloRilla, while Chalamet will be the host and musical guest on Jan. 25.

Chalamet, of course, played Sivan in a sketch on Saturday Night Live in November 2023, duplicating the singer’s “ Get Me Started ” music video look. In the sketch, he described himself/Sivan as “an Australian YouTube twink turned indie pop star and model turned HBO actor… being played by an American actor who can’t do an Australian accent.”

Live' confirmed that Timothee Chalamet would serve as both host and musical guest on a future episode in January 2025.
