Ange Postecoglou says Dominic Solanke and Brennan Johnson are both set to be sidelined for a number of weeks through injury. The pair missed Tottenham Hotspur’s 3-2 defeat to Everton on Sunday, with Postecoglou explaining Solanke was absent due to a knee injury sustained in training on Saturday.

While Brennan Johnson did score an excellent goal in Tottenham Hotspur’s 3-0 win against Tamworth, his performance was worryingly unimpressive. Ange Postecoglou has no choice but to admit that Spurs found it a real challenge as a whole to trouble the National League side too much for much of the game.
