Miuccia Prada and her co-creative director Raf Simons described the latest Prada menswear collaboration unveiled during Milan Fashion Week on Sunday as raw and romantic.

From my vantage point, one admittedly muddled by some 4,000-odd miles of choppy Atlantic — that’s approximately 6,500 km, for those metric-leaning folk — Milan Menswear Fashion Week seemed to almost comically portended the classic idiom of never judging a book by its cover.
