San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people and seized dozens of birds used for fighting in an illegal gambling operation near Lodi in early 2025.

A 72 year old man reports that his neighbour's roosters disturb his sleep due to a heart issue. Police mediated but no resolution is reached.
