Philadelphia city officials are providing more details into its the Code Blue Warming Center initiative which provides 20 warming centers open across the city—including one in every neighborhood and council district.

Trump began his remarks by announcing a $20 billion investment from DAMAC Properties, a Middle-East based company, to build new data centers across the United States, particularly in the Midwest and Sun Belt.

Mayor Cherelle Parker’s administration has launched an expanded warming center program, amid Philadelphia’s first significant snowfall of the season and ongoing frigid temperatures. Twenty locations,
