Former Missouri football QB Brady Cook to make 1st NFL start with Jets
Former Missouri football quarterback Brady Cook is set to make his first professional start. New York Jets starting quarterback Justin Fields has been ruled out of the team’s game Sunday, Dec. 14, against the Jacksonville Jaguars with a knee injury, and backup Tyrod Taylor will miss the matchup with a groin injury.
De’Von Achane is one of the three Miami Dolphins player to receive a penalty for his involvement in an illegal act against the New York Jets. Ashtyn Davis and Jaylen Wright also received fines. Davis was dealt a $13,611 fine for unnecessary roughness while Wright was dealt a $6,388 fine also for violent gesture.
