Domantas Sabonis had a double-double by halftime, De'Aaron Fox finished with one of his own and the Sacramento Kings rolled to a comfortable 123-100 home win over the Washington Wizards on Sunday night.

Three-time All-Star Domantas Sabonis, among the best bigs in the league for multiple seasons, has stepped up his game with a career-best campaign for the Kings so far in 2024-25.

Christie spent countless hours with Sabonis over the past three years as his player development coach. Christie has watched Sabonis improve his 3-point shooting dramatically from 23.5% in his first season with the Kings to almost 48% this season while doubling his volume.

Domantas Sabonis had 29 points and 18 rebounds, and the Sacramento Kings beat the Washington Wizards 123-100 on Sunday night. DeMar DeRozan added 24 points, Malik Monk had 23 and Keon Ellis scored 18 on 6-for-8 shooting on 3-pointers.

The Kings remained unbeaten at home under interim coach Doug Christie after going 6-12 at Golden 1 Center to start the season.
