Westlake issued the first of several approvals needed to build on the 119 acres off Persimmon Boulevard, the rare site Minto Communities does not own.

The latest plan calls for 29 single family homes, which is much smaller than the original plan for 41 homes that was first presented in 2020. Neighbors are waist deep in the discussion.
