Bumrah was the highest wicket-taker in Test cricket, taking 71 wickets, well ahead of England's Gus Atkinson, who came in second with 52 wickets in 11 games.

Jasprit Bumrah has emulated the likes of Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli to become ICC's men's Cricketer Of The Year for his incredible performance in 2024. He became the first Indian pacer to win the award.

Bumrah played a total of 13 Tests and eight ODIs last year. He secured 71 and 15 wickets, respectively. As a result, Bumrah became only the fifth Indian cricketer to win the aforementioned accolade.
