We are just a few months away from the new airport terminal opening up. The $1.5 billion project will wrap up and give Pittsburgh a new landside terminal. At this point, the new terminal is about 80% complete.

A more than $1 billion project bringing a new landside terminal at International Airport is expected to be finished by September-October and KDKA's Chris Hoffman got a look at the progress.

Black and gold signs, constellation lighting and robots at TSA security will be part of the landside terminal that is 80% complete.

There was a sneak peek of the new Pittsburgh International Airport Terminal Thursday. The new terminal is currently around 80 percent completed and is expected to open in the early fall.
