That suspect, Fabian Vasquez, 19, is being held on suspicion of two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder. Police said their investigation found Vasquez shot the two victims. He was taken to a hospital due to a bite wound from a police dog during his arrest and for prolonged exposure to the cold.

Two people were killed in an early morning shooting in the Clayton neighborhood, and one suspect is still on the run.
