Prince Andrew has been reported to the police and accused of using a fake name to register a company, The Post has learned. The disgraced Duke of York, 64, used the pseudonym Andrew Inverness in 2003 when he joined forces with sports retail tycoon Johan Eliasch to set up a company called Naples Gold Limited.

The CEO of Republic, Graham Smith, revealed on Jan. 6 that he'd reported Prince Andrew to London's Met Police. Speaking to The Telegraph, Smith alleged that Prince Andrew had used the fake name "Andrew Inverness" on several business filings, suggesting the decision might even equate to fraud.
