A Detroit rapper is suing rideshare company Lyft after a driver allegedly refused to give her a ride because of her weight.

Dajua Blanding, also known as Dank Demoss, says she weighs 500 pounds and was denied a ride to a football watch party.

I was embarrassed and I felt some type of way about it,” the 29-year-old said of the ordeal. “I haven’t really left my house since that.”
