Woman, 26, Charged with Felony Child Abuse After Multiple Babies Suffer 'Unexplainable Fractures' in NICU
On Friday, Jan. 3, Erin Elizabeth Ann Strotman, 26, was arraigned on one count of felony child neglect and one count of felony malicious wounding for an injury sustained by an infant on or about Nov. 10, 2024, according to a statement obtained by PEOPLE.
