After Rhys Hoskins was placed on the IL with a thumb sprain, the Brewers have recalled Andrew Vaughn to fill in at first base.

The Brewers are hoping Rhys Hoskins can avoid the injured list but expect him to be out at least "a few days" after he injured his thumb while tagging a runner out Saturday against the Marlins.
