Dec 17, 2024 · the engineers are not fixing it for the past six days. No one will commit a date by which my email will be fixed. Xfinity doesn’t want to deal with email accounts anymore, so they are closing inactive accounts. But, in the process, they turned off access to my active email account. I can’t access any emails!!!!

Feb 1, 2024 · When I click on the link to view rewards, it gives me the option to view my email, and if there's an unread email, there's a red dot on the link. When I click on that link with the red dot, it then takes me to a page with the option to view my email. When I click on the "Check Email" option, it then opens my email inside the app.

Dec 16, 2024 · Why are you offering solutions when xfinity discontinued their email service back in June apparently? If you had an email before June 3, 2024, and accessed it regularly on the web, you should still have email. You just can't create new email addresses. New customers can't create an email address, but can create Xfinity ID's.
