"OSD Lockout" on an HP monitor using Windows 10
Oct 25, 2017 · I'm getting two obstructions on my screen due to the OSD Lockout issue. The first is a box that displays menu options in a large format that I cannot access. When I hold down the Menu button, all it does is switch the box to a white one that says OSD lockout. It's all in the center of the screen and I can't move either one.

While the OSD Volume control is displayed it makes a constant stream of keystrokes which prevent certain keyboard combinations from working in some applications, but not all.
