I recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 11. It appears my "ThinkPad USB-C Dock Gen 2" docking station no longer functions correctly. When I connect monitors to the docking station, they all flicker on and off.

I have the same problem with my T14s laptop (20UJ) with windows build 2004. In device manager is still one other devices - audio controller. I didn't find any other driver for it. As well I cannot see microphone in Sound settings - Input devices.
