May 16, 2019 · The Xbox 360 games will remain available, as the Xbox 360 system doesn't know how a "rental" license works and can't be revoked. If you "bought" a Xbox 360 game as a Game with Gold, it will stay with you forever. Xbox One games with gold cease to function if you are not a "real" Gold member. Shared Gold will not enable you to these games.
