18K views · 81 reactions | We’ve been delving into our archives to celebrate 70 years of ITV and we found lots of footage of the heavy snowfall in February 1996 which paralysed much of west Cumbria. Staff at Sellafield were stuck inside for days and schools were shut. Were you at Sellafield during that period? Perhaps you got a week off school?!
